Our First Field Staff Recognition Winner
We have the distinct honor of introducing Jennifer S., a Speech-Language Pathologist with Portsmouth Public Schools in Portsmouth, Virginia. Jennifer’s recruiter, Katharyn D’Agostinis, nominated her due to stellar feedback from our client, as well as her impeccable performance as a Preferred employee. Congratulations, Jennifer, on an award richly deserved!
How Jennifer Became an SLP, in Her Own Words
“I became a Speech-Language Pathologist because of a recommendation from my parents, who are both members of the healthcare community. They are my role models, and I felt it was important to follow in their footsteps. It has been very rewarding to help persons who have communication, speech, and language disorders. I have developed specific skills related to augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) ranging from assessment to programming and treatment with low tech and high tech AAC. This is my greatest joy within the profession of helping people say what they want to say!”
