Why Gerald Decided to Become a Behavior Technician
“Gerald always knew he wanted to work in the mental health field. His sister suffered from bipolar disorder and his brother suffered from schizophrenia. Gerald wanted to be able to help them and take care of them. He also has a passion to help others within that field. He has now been working in Behavioral Health for about 12 years. Gerald is in the process of finishing his Master’s degree. He loves his work and loves working at the school district, because over time he can see how his efforts are making a difference in his students’ lives.”
