We have the honor of introducing Kevin B., a personable Physical Therapist Assistant who works per diem at various facilities in and around Sacramento, California. Kevin’s recruiter, Angela Burnett, nominated him due to excellent feedback from our clients, as well as his enduringly great performance as a Preferred employee. Kevin’s Journey in Physical Therapy
“I have been in the physical therapy business since 2003. I started as a volunteer folding towels and making ice packs for patients. Over this 18-year journey, I have been an aide, front desk representative, and a PTA. I have worked inpatient, post-acute, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings. I have always been called to do patient care and help people reach their goals. I believe that being personable and honest, as well as having the ability to relate, have been some of the keys to my success in therapy. Some of the important lessons I learned were to treat every patient as if you are treating a family member, that employees will treat patients the same way the company treats the employees, and never forget the power of face-to-face conversation with a patient.”
