TRAVEL THERAPY MADE SIMPLE

Your step-by-step journey with PHS recruiters

1. INITIAL PHONE CALL

A recruiter will make a quick call to go over your background, setting preferences, location goals, shift availability, start date, and any must-haves. This helps to match you with the best-fit contracts.

2. PROFILE SETUP

To create your profile, we’ll need: an updated resume, skills checklist, and 1–2 professional references. Once we have these, your recruiter can build your profile for submission.

3. JOB MATCHING & SUBMISSIONS

Your recruiter will share potential jobs that match your preferences and get your approval before submitting you to any. They will also include pay details and any relevant notes from the facility, if available.

4. PHONE INTERVIEW

If a facility is interested, they will typically set up one brief phone interview for you with their hiring manager. Your recruiter will help you prepare beforehand and follow up right after.

5. OFFER & CONTRACT

If all goes well, you should receive an offer. Your recruiter will go over the contract with you line-by-line to make sure you’re comfortable before you sign.

6. ONBOARDING

Once you accept, our compliance team steps in. You’ll complete any required drug screen, background check, physical, onboarding modules, and paperwork. We’ll guide you and coordinate your start date.

7. FIRST TO LAST DAY SUPPORT

Your recruiter will check in before your first day and throughout your contract to make sure everything’s running smoothly. If you need anything, your recruiter will be your point of contact.

8. FINAL WEEK OF CONTRACT

Your recruiter will reconnect around Week 6–8 to see if you’d like to extend or line up a new assignment. By the last day, you should have your next contract ready and onboarding for new assignment started.
